Blueberry Chia Pudding

Supper simple, delicious and packed with protein. ENJOY!


Ingredients:Chia seeds

1/2 cup chia seeds

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1 1/2 cup coconut milk, almond milk or other non-dairy milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

15-20 drops Stevia


These are the Chia Seeds we use. We order them right from Amazon.

We order this 5 pound bag because we use a lot of chia and purchasing this larger amount gives us a better price break. There are, however, smaller amounts available. 

We generally pick our blueberries in the summer and freeze them for the year. However, as our supple runs out we purchase 3 pound bags of frozen blueberries at Costco. Next to picking our own this is the best price we have found.

I generally have homemade almond milk in the house. But I also purchase So Delicious brand Coconut Milk by the case at Costco. It is also available at Amazon.
