Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients for Peanut Butter Filling:

1/4 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter for a truly raw treat)

8 drops Stevia

1/8 teaspoon sea salt

1 Tablespoon Nutritional Yeast Powder

 

You will need:

1 batch Chocolate Sauce

You will also need – Mini Muffin Paper Cups

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients for Peanut Butter Filling. Stir until smooth.

Place 12 – 14 mini muffin paper cups onto a flat tray that can go into the freezer. Pour just enough chocolate into each cup to cover the bottom of the paper muffin cup. Place tray with muffin cups into freezer for approximately 5 minutes. Make sure they are level.

Remove tray from freezer. Place approximately 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter filling into each cup leaving a bit of space around the edges. Press the filling down a bit to make it flat on top.

Pour remaining chocolate evenly over each cup to cover the filling. Place back in freezer on level surface. In approximately 5 minutes your peanut butter cups are ready to enjoy.

You may store peanut butter cups in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve. They are best if you let them sit out of the freezer for a couple minutes before serving.

Makes approximately 12 pieces
