Creamy Avocado Garlic Dressing

2 1/2 cups Almond Milk (Add a total of 4-5 dates to the original Almond Milk recipe for a slightly sweeter milk base when using it for this dressing recipe)

1 ripe avocado

3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt

1 large clove garlic

1 1/2 cups olive oil

Blend all ingredients except the olive oil in a blender until smooth. Slowly add olive oil while blending until smooth and creamy.

Delicious as a creamy salad dressing, or as a veggie dip.

Variations: Add fresh herbs in season such as dill, mint, or chives. Add a little chopped hot pepper for some zing.
