Cucumber Chick Pea Salad


4 Romaine leaves

1 cucumber – diced

10 oz. grape tomatoes – cut in half

¼ cup Sunflower seeds

1 15oz. can chick peas – drained and rinsed

¼ cup raisins

1 teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon pepper

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder


Mix all ingredients together except for the romaine leaves. Line 2 salad plates with romaine leaves and top with salad mixture. This salad is so yummy it requires no dressing.
