This Herpes Protocol is a combination of the best treatments we could find. Although this is not guaranteed to work for everyone, we have had excellent success with this protocol.

Here’s how it works.

This is a 60 day program. We will be attacking this thing on three fronts. We will work to strengthen your immune system, while attacking the virus’ protective protein coating, and also stopping the virus from making copies of itself. If you have been on a search for a natural treatment/cure for herpes you may have already tried some of the protocols we recommend. However the combination of hitting these three areas all at the same time makes all the difference.

In some, but not all cases, we have recommended specific brands. If we make a recommendation it is because we have researched the product and find it to be a superior choice for this particular protocol. For example we searched to find products that are not in gelcap form as they contain soy, something you will want to avoid while on this protocol.

How the Protocol Works

Print this Supplements Protocol page and post it somewhere you can easily reference it.

Begin on day one taking all the  supplements as noted in the Supplement Protocol.

Also on day one, begin the Hydrogen Peroxide Protocol as follows:

Hydrogen Peroxide Protocol:

You will need 35% Certified Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide and pure water.

Use the purest water you can obtain. Make sure the water you use does not contain fluoride.

1. Measure 8 ounces of pure water. Pour approximately 1/2 the water into your 8 oz. spray bottle. Add the recommended number of drops of 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide (see Hydrogen peroxide protocol chart). Fill your bottle with the rest of the pure water so it has a total 8 ounces of water. Give the bottle a little shake to mix well.

2. Take a shower and wash the area well with a high quality natural and organic soap. You want to use a high quality soap as you will be applying DMSO cream to the area and it will penetrate the skin taking everything that is on the skin with it.

3. After you have finished showering and washing the area, dry yourself off.

4. While still standing in your shower, spray the ENTIRE CONTENTS of the bottle onto the area or areas where it is needed. You may warm the bottle under warm water while you are showering if you would like. It is not necessary but does make it a bit warmer to spray on.

Where to spray the hydrogen peroxide mixture:

For HSV1 spray the hydrogen peroxide and water solution on your shoulders and neck

For HSV2 spray the hydrogen peroxide and water solution on your lower back and spine area and your hips

If you have both types spray all recommended areas. One 8 oz. bottle is enough in this case. You do not need to use a full 8 ounces on each area.

5. Blot the area dry with a clean towel.

6. Apply a thin layer of DMSO Cream – enough that it doesn’t immediately get absorbed but not so much that it takes more than a couple minutes to dissolve into your skin. Rub cream in well and wait a few minutes. You are now ready to go.

Do this each day as prescribed above using the daily recommended number of drops in the following chart.

Immune  Support:

It is crucially important to support your immune system during this protocol. Your immune system will be a major player on the front lines of this battle.

During this protocol it is important that you follow these recommendations:

  • Eat a healthy diet, high in fruits and vegetables (preferably organic) and avoid saturated fats
  • Eat more foods rich in omega 3
  • Exercise on a regular basis – this is a great way to support immune health
  • Quit Smoking – Smoking so drastically impairs your immune function that, if you smoke, I would recommend putting off starting this protocol and take a week or two to get your head wrapped around quitting at least for the 60 day protocol. Then quit or taper down until you have quit so you are not smoking during this protocol. (And then, hey, why not just stay quit – what a great thing to do for you)
  • Avoid caffeine which greatly impairs the healing process.
  • Avoid refined sugar, flour and other processed foods.
  • Avoid alcohol
  • Avoid stress as much as possible
  • Get your rest and your sleep (8 hours regularly each night)
  • Practice healthy hygeine habits such as washing hands
  • Avoid molding foods or foods with a propensity to mold such as bread, cereals, packaged bakery items, rice and grains, pasta, syrup, nuts and bottled juice
  • Avoid foods high in arginine (l-arginine)  – One of the essential building blocks herpes uses for replication is the amino acid arginine.

Foods high in arginine include: seafood, sesame flour, soy, cotton seed, peanuts and peanut oils, spinach, turkey, sun flower seeds, sea vegetables (sea weed), game meat

Important NOTES:

~ You may feel tingling in the area you applied the hydrogen peroxide solution. Not everyone feels tingling, but some do. This is fine.

~ Wait several weeks after finishing the protocol to have a follow-up blood test. Sometimes the anti bodies persist, but the virus should be dead. If you are still showing antibodies retest in another 4 months. Anti body levels should be gone or dropping significantly by this time.
