Honey Oat Balls


  • 1 cup almond butter or high quality peanut butter (make sure to use a peanut butter with just peanuts and sea salt)
  • 1 cup raw organic honey
  • 1 cup organic raisins
  • 1 cup chocolate cut into chip size pieces (make sure to use a chocolate bar without dairy and other unhealthy ingredients. I used: cocoa nibs or a high quality dark chocolate bar )
  • 1 cup raw organic coconut
  • 3 cups organic quick oats
  • ½ cup bran (you may use wheat bran. I, however avoid wheat so I just grind some oats in a coffee grinder that I keep dedicated for seeds and grains, or use fine grind gluten free hot cereal mix or oat bran)
  • ¼ teaspoon high quality Celtic sea salt

Stir to blend all ingredients well. Make into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Freeze and then store in air tight freezer container. Remove from freezer for 2-3 minutes and serve.
