Medjool Date “Caramel” Sauce

6 Medjool Dates

1/3 – 3/4 cup coconut milk

¼ teaspoon high quality sea salt

¼ teaspoon vanilla


Place all ingredients in high speed blender or Nutri Ninja Pro 1000 and blend until smooth. Start out with 1/3 cup coconut milk and add more until sauce reaches the desired consistency.

Serve as a dip with apples or as a topping on Frozen Fruit “Ice Cream”, Mini Pumpkin Cakes or anything else that would be yummy with a caramelly type topping.

    I made this last night for the first time. Why bother eating unhealthy caramel when I can make this!!! It was a big hit. We ate ours on cut up apples and pears. YUMMY!
