Mint Tahini Sauce

Mint Tahini Sauce


Juice of 7 lemons

¼ cup olive oil

¼ cup almond milk

2 – 3 cloves fresh garlic, peeled

1 cup raw tahini

1 bunch fresh mint leaves only

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

I love this sauce in “sandwiches” made on collard leaves, Nori Rolls, or just about anywhere you would use a yummy, minty, creamy dip or spread. If I have left overs, I thin it out a little with some almond milk and use it as a creamy salad dressing.
