Although I believe that the absolute healthiest way to eat is a 100% Raw Vegan diet, that just is not where everyone is at. And that’s okay…………..Don’t freak out on me if you are vegan. Everyone is at a different place. Some are transitioning toward a raw vegan diet and some simply do not have that as a goal at all, yet they want to eat well and be healthy so they are incorporating more and more raw and vegan recipes into their diets. This website is for everyone that wants to live a vibrantly healthy life with a focus on both raw and whole foods. So, yes we have some healthier recipes here that include meat. If this is not for you, then you will want to stay in the regular recipe section of this site.

If you are looking for some healthy, wholesome dishes that eliminate the processed junk yet still have meat, then you will want to explore this section. This is a great section for those who are focusing on the Primal or Paleo diet. Although, I add a word of caution…………………….A truly healthy diet will not be heavily meat based, so make sure you are eating lots of fresh, preferably raw, fruits, veggies, seeds, nuts and grains.
