Raw Apple Sauce


This is yummy good apple sauce!

12 apples

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1 Tablespoon water

¾ cup raisins




Core all 12 apples.  Place 6 apples in the processor with the regular bottom blade.  Add cinnamon and water and process until pureed.  Replace the bottom blade with a grating blade, and then grate remaining 6 apples.  Mix grated apples and pureed apples together, add raisins and enjoy.

I like this to sit in the refrigerator for a bit so that the raisins plump up, but it can be eaten immediately.
