Raw Chocolate Peanut Butter Nut Fudge

Print Recipe

½ cup Coconut Oil

5 Tablespoons Raw Cacao

¼ cup Raw Honey

10 drops Stevia

1 Tablespoon vanilla

¼ cup Almond Butter or high quality Peanut Butter

1 cup Walnuts pieces

1 cup Cashew pieces

Melt coconut oil in a “raw cook’s double boiler” (see note below). Stir in cacao, honey, Stevia and vanilla and mix until thoroughly blended and smooth. Add almond or peanut butter and continue to blend until smooth and creamy.

(This chocolate sauce is delicious as is poured over Frozen Fruit “Ice Cream”, or used to dip frozen fruit into or make raw chocolates.)

Add nuts and stir until well blended. Place on a teflex sheet or parchment paper on a tray and place in freezer. Make sure the tray is level. In approximately 10 – 15 minutes your fudge is ready to enjoy.

IMG_2018NOTE: Raw Cooks Double Boiler – Use two bowls of similar size. Fill the first bowl with hot tap water. Place the second bowl on top of the first so that the bottom of the second bowl is touching the hot water. Place coconut oil in the top bowl and stir until melted.

You may store fudge in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve.
