Zucchini Garlic Dip



5 Zucchini
2-3 cloves Garlic
1 ½ teaspoons sea salt
Juice from 2 lemons (1/4 cup)
3 Tablespoons Raw Sesame Tahini
1/8 cup (2 Tablespoons) Olive Oil


Directions: Peel zucchini and cut into chucks. Place zucchini in high speed blender with all other ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve with veggies for dipping. I like to sprinkle a little cayenne pepper on top.
