Sprouted Buckwheat Groats & Avocado


½ cup sprouted buckwheat (approximately ¼ cup before sprouting)
1 avocado – peeled and diced
¼ cup raisins
¼ cup chopped walnuts
1 mandarin or clementine peeled, sectioned and cut up
¼ teaspoon sea salt
Red pepper flakes to taste (optional)


 Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
